At Zunisheystore.pk, we work with Pakistan's leading courier services (including Leopard, TCS, and BlueEX) to ensure your orders are delivered safely and swiftly.

Delivery Timeline

  • Lahore: 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.

  • All Other Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Note: Deliveries may experience minor delays during national holidays, flash sales, or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is charged on orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery all across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

Order Confirmation Process

Once you place an order on our website, our customer support team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Call to confirm your details. Orders are only processed and dispatched after verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Open Parcel Policy (Strict Courier Regulation)

Please note that as per standard courier company regulations in Pakistan, customers are strictly not allowed to open the parcel before making the full cash payment to the delivery rider. If you face any issues with the item inside after opening it, please immediately contact our support team, and we will handle it via our Return & Refund Policy.
