We want you to love your purchase at Zunisheystore.pk! If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange or return.

  • Claims are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or completely different from what you ordered.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all protective films, labels, and tags intact.

  • Due to differences in screen lighting, minor color variations from the website images are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 329 4555536 or email us at zunisheystore.pk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number along with clear unboxing photos or a video clip showing the defect/damage.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2 working days. If approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse address via a traceable courier service at your own expense.

Refund Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: In compliance with local banking frameworks, refunds for COD orders cannot be issued in physical cash. They will be processed seamlessly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
