Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange or return.

Claims are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or completely different from what you ordered.

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all protective films, labels, and tags intact.

Due to differences in screen lighting, minor color variations from the website images are not eligible for a return or exchange.
How to File a Claim

Provide your Order Number along with clear unboxing photos or a video clip showing the defect/damage.

Our team will review your request within 2 working days. If approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse address via a traceable courier service at your own expense.
Refund Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: In compliance with local banking frameworks, refunds for COD orders cannot be issued in physical cash. They will be processed seamlessly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
